Our Story
We got our start in 2012 by roasting incredible coffee, sourced from sustainable relationships with producers around the world, out of our Williamsburg, Brooklyn cafe & roastery. Since then we’ve been working hard to expand the Partners experience across a product line-up that features things like cold brew cans, subscriptions, and rotating single-origin coffees.

We recognize our responsibility to help build a sustainable supply chain that ensures access to specialty grade coffee, allowing our growing partners the financial security to improve upon their quality of life year after year. By pledging to purchase non-commodity priced coffee, we are helping build a secure supply while simultaneously allowing our growing partners to invest in their local communities

We believe that great coffee is only the starting point to enjoying your brew. Education is key to a great home brewing experience. Our experts are only a text or chat away, and our resources can be accessed at any time.

Freshly Roasted Coffee – We believe fresh coffee matters, so we put the roast date on all our 12oz bags. Our coffee stays fresh for 180 days and is best if brewed within 2 weeks of opening
Roasted in NYC – Open since 2012, our flagship cafe in Williamsburg, Brooklyn serves as the hub of all things Partners. Visit us there or in our other cafes in Manhattan and Long Island City for freshly brewed NY coffee
Sip With Confidence – We submit our coffees to third-party food safety labs for testing of heavy metals, mold, and mycotoxins, including ochratoxin A (OTA) and aflatoxin. Coffee that meets our strict internal quality and safety specs moves on to roasting
