Suggested Recipe: Caffe Latte. 2 shots of espresso. 1/2 cup whole milk. Brew the espresso as desired and pour into a serving cup. Steam milk to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Pour the steamed milk over the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon. Top with remaining foam and serve.
