These extraordinary lots are then developed as individual components of our mainstay blends, or celebrated in their entirety as limited-time offerings in our single-origin program.

BROOKLYN
As the house filter coffee in all our cafes, the Brooklyn Blend is the perfect easy-drinking, everyday coffee.
A perennial filter classic, brimming with flavors of creamy cocoa, sweet toffee and rich dried fruits. This flagship blend brews beautifully as a French Press at home and is equally tasty with or without milk.
This Latin American blend features comforting notes of milk chocolate, dried fruit, and toffee. Delicious on its own or with milk and sugar, the Brooklyn Blend is truly a coffee for everyone.

Our Story
We got our start in 2012 by roasting incredible coffee, sourced from sustainable relationships with producers around the world, out of our Williamsburg, Brooklyn cafe & roastery. Since then we’ve been working hard to expand the Partners experience across a product line-up that features things like cold brew cans, subscriptions, and rotating single-origin coffees.
Our Mission
We recognize our responsibility to help build a sustainable supply chain that ensures access to specialty grade coffee, allowing our growing partners the financial security to improve upon their quality of life year after year. By pledging to purchase non-commodity priced coffee, we are helping build a secure supply while simultaneously allowing our growing partners to invest in their local communities

We believe that great coffee is only the starting point to enjoying your brew. Education is key to a great home brewing experience. Our experts are only a text or chat away, and our resources can be accessed at any time.

Brooklyn Blend – A perennial filter classic, we use the Brooklyn blend as our go-to coffee of the day. We source community-grown coffees from our trusted relationships in Colombia, Guatemala, and Honduras for a blend that’s sweet and familiar.
Flavor Profile – A medium roast blend brimming with flavors of creamy cocoa, sweet toffee, and rich dried fruits. This offering brews beautifully on the French Press at home and is equally tasty with or without milk.
Freshly Roasted Coffee – We believe fresh coffee matters, so we put the roast date on all our 12oz bags. Our coffee stays fresh for 180 days and is best if brewed within 2 weeks of opening.
Roasted in NYC – Open since 2012, our flagship cafe in Williamsburg, Brooklyn serves as the hub of all things Partners. Visit us there or in our other cafes in Manhattan and Long Island City for freshly brewed NY coffee.
Sip With Confidence – We submit our coffees to third-party food safety labs for testing of heavy metals, mold, and mycotoxins, including ochratoxin A (OTA) and aflatoxin. Coffee that meets our strict internal quality and safety specs moves on to roasting.
