This light roast Swiss Water decaf coffee comes from El Vergel, an innovative farm in Colombia’s Tolima region, and showcases the clean and floral delicacy that makes the Pink Bourbon coffee variety so prized. The resulting cup has sweet & subtle notes of pineapple juice, white grape, & buttercream frosting.

This stunning gesha comes to us from Edin Geovany Lopez of Santa Bárbara, Honduras. This lot was fermented in sealed tanks to limit its exposure to ambient oxygen, resulting in a fully washed coffee that is clean, round, and syrupy, full of ripe summer fruit. We’re tasting melon, strawberry, blackberry, peach, and lime with a beautiful caramel backdrop.

Our latest Boutique Series offering is the extraordinary Nidia Lasso, Colombia. This coffee is everything we could want from a well-produced, washed Gesha: it’s bright and complex, teeming with soft and juicy fruit. Honeydew and candied citrus sweetness are balanced by the depth of sticky toffee. Each sip carries a honeysuckle perfume at the front, and lingers with sweet jasmine.

Besides the novelty of this process for the region, Java Garut offers a complex cup, with flavors of passion fruit, kiwi, papaya, and sugarcane.This lot comes from a collection of small farmers in Garut Regency, West Java, and coffee varietals include Catimor and Typica — grown in volcanic loam soil at an altitude of around 4,000 feet.
